洪泽湖渔业发展现状问题及对策研究

摘要：洪泽湖渔业是环洪泽湖地带经济发展的重要组成部分，随着近些年国家对渔业重视程度的加强，洪泽湖渔业对周边地区经济的发展越发重要。本文通过分析洪泽湖渔业养殖面积、渔获量及产值、渔获结构和渔业产品销售渠道等方面的现状，找出了洪泽湖渔业在产业链、产品品牌、销售渠道、渔业资源开发和渔业生产环境等方面存在的问题，通过分析问题的形成原因，提出了延长渔业产业链、加强渔业品牌建设、拓展渔业销售渠道、强化湖区渔业管理、改善水域环境五个方面的针对性对策，为洪泽湖渔业的发展贡献一份力量。81578

Abstract:Hongze Lake Fishery is an important part of economic development of the surrounding Hongze Lake, recently, with the national emphasis on fishery, Hongze Lake fishery is more and more important to the economic development of the surrounding Hongze Lake。 This paper analyzes the current fishery of Hongze Lake in fish-farming area, production and output value, structure and product sales channels, finds out that the Hongze Lake Fishery do exist many problems in the industry chain, product brand, sales channels, resources development and production environment。 By analyzing the causes of the problem, this paper proposes five aspects witch point in countermeasures including the fishery of extending industry chain, strengthening brand building ,expanding sales channels, enhancing management and improving the water environment for contributing to the development of Hongze Lake Fishery。

1 引言

洪泽湖地处江苏省西北方向，苏北平原中西部，淮安市和宿迁市境内，是我国第四大淡水湖。湖面广阔，资源丰富，不但是淮河流域的航运节点、大型水库，而且是渔业和禽畜养殖的基地，向来有“日出斗金”之称，可以说是苏北平原上的一颗璀璨明珠。近些年来洪泽湖更以重要的渔业产出基地而闻名，2014年，渔业产量达34。18万吨，创渔业产值86。97亿元。洪泽湖渔业的发展，对洪泽湖周边地区二十多万渔民生活至关重要，对经济不太发达的洪泽湖地带来说，洪泽湖渔业的发展是当地社会、经济的发展中的一支强心针。洪泽湖渔业发展现状问题及对策研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_95408.html
