摘  要：当前各级政府都非常重视农村文化建设，把其纳入重要会议日程，并取得了一系令人瞩目的成就。但由于我省农村文化建设基础薄弱，起步较晚，任务较重，还存在着不正之风侵蚀农村，公共文化基础设施滞后，管理体制不健全，建设经费不足等问题。在此研究基础上，提出改造乡村文化增强农民文化意识，加强农村公共文化基础设施建设与管理，使乡村组织主导农村文化建设，加大资金投入和引进社会资本的建议，以继续加强河南省农村文化建设。84160

Study on the Problems of Rural Cultural Construction in Henan Province

Abstract: The governments at all levels attach too much importance to the rural cultural construction, put it into the important agenda, and has made a remarkable achievement。 Foundation is weak, but because of our province countryside culture construction started late, the task is heavy, there is rampant erosion in rural areas, public cultural infrastructure lag, the imperfect management system, insufficient construction funds, etc。 On the basis of the research, put forward the reforming rural culture enhance farmers' cultural awareness, strengthen the rural public cultural infrastructure construction and management, make the rural organization leading the rural culture construction, increase financial input and the introduction of social capital suggest, in order to continue to strengthen the rural culture construction in Henan province。

河南省农村文化建设问题研究

前言

农村文化建设是农村建设的关键所在，也是农村建设的内在要求。对提高农民整体素质、丰富广大农民精神文化生活、促进农村社会和谐具有重要意义。当前各级政府都非常重视农村文化建设，把其纳入重要会议日程，并取得了一系列显著成果，但由于我省农村文化建设起步较晚，任务较重，还存在一些不足。文章对我省农村文化建设中暴露的问题与出现原因进行研究，提出继续加强农村文化建设的建议与对策，为研究者研究河南省农村文化建设提供参考。
