Flexsim汽车4S店备件库存系统仿真研究

摘要近些年来，库存管理成为了越来越热门的研究关注点之一。在供应链管理变得日渐成熟、重要的今天，越来越多的企业开始重视起库存控制。一般企业的库存系统的总成本包括了库存成本，缺货成本，运输成本，订货成本等，在一定服务水平约束下，库存系统总成本的最小化成为众多企业争相追逐的目标。本文针对汽车备件库存管理存在的库存积压问题，以某汽车4s店备件库存管理为研究对象进行了探讨。首先，使用Flexsim仿真软件分析了4S店原有的备件库存管理系统；接着，根据分析的结果提出相应的三种优化方案，然后，分别运用促进备件需求、延长进货周期和ABC库存分类法对原有的备件库存管理策略进行改善，并比较四种策略下的仿真运行结果。仿真结果表明，利用ABC库存分类法改善后的模型更加合理、有效，能够为4S店选择合适的备件库存管理策略提供一定依据。19226

Title    Simulation of Auto 4S shop spare parts inventory system
Abstract
    In recent years,inventory management has become one of the more popular research focus. Today,supply chain management has become increasingly mature and important, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the inventory control. For general business,the total cost of the inventory system including inventory costs, stock costs,transportation costs, ordering costs. Under certain service level constraint, the total inventory system cost minimization as the target which many companies competing to chase. To the inventory backlog of automotive spare parts inventory management, this paper take spare parts inventory management of a car 4s shop to discuss. First, we use Flexsim simulation software to analyze the 4S shop original spare parts inventory management system. And, according to the results of the analysis, we propose three corresponding optimization programs.Then, we respectively use promoting the spare parts requirements , extending the purchase period and the ABC inventory classification to improve original spare parts inventory management strategies, and compare the results of the simulation running under the four strategies. Simulation results show that the model which use of ABC inventory classification is more reasonable , effective and capable of to provide some basis for 4S shop to choose the right spare parts inventory management strategy.
