摘要： 今天，随着因特网的高速发展，它已经成为了人们发布、传递和获取信息的重要方式，它在人们的政治、经济、工作和日常生活中发挥着至关重要的作用。合同管理是指对合同以及相关的资源进行科学的管理。该合同管理系统为企业合同管理找到一种便捷、有效、实用的方法和途径。同时合同管理作为企业管理中的重要一环,对合同数据的准确性、数据传输的安全性和业务处理的规范性有很高的要求。也正因如此，合同管理工作中繁琐的业务流程限制了管理人员工作效率的提高。本系统采用微软集成开发环境Microsoft Visual Studio 2008进行开发配合使用数据库Microsoft SQL SERVER2005来存放系统中的数据信息。19514

Web-based enterprise contract management system
Abstract: Nowadays with the rapid growth of the internet technology ,the internet has played a significant role in information acquiring, trans information, also included people's daily affairs in politics, economy ,career and so on .Contract management is a scientific way to manage the contract and other related resources. The contract management system find an easy, effective and practical ways and means for enterprise contract management. While the contract management plays as an important part of the business management, data accuracy, data transmission security and normative business processes have high demands. Because of these reasons, the complex business processes of contract management restrictions the management staff to improve work efficiency. The system is based on Microsoft's integrated development environment Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 to develop and databases Microsoft SQL SERVER2005 database management tools to store data information.
