摘要：    教材管理一向是在学校教务系统中占有很高地位，其工作效率是否合理直接体现了学校教务处的工作质量。然而由于教材管理需要极其大量的数据，以及相当繁琐的工作步骤，传统的以人为手工管理的方式不但效率低下、费时又费力，还容易发生诸如手工计算不精确导致的错误等等。因此，迫切需要引进计算机管理模式来取代以往的手工管理模式，从而使得师生能够迅速的掌握资料详情，帮助教务处提高办事效率，加快其现代化进程，为此，加强和改进教材管理系统无论是对师生或是学校教务处都有着非常重要的意义。
为此，本文首先针对国内外各种不同的教材管理系统进行了分析和研究，再从以往的传统手工管理教材的模式入手与现今计算机管理教材的模式进行比较，解读出计算机管理教材模式的可行性以及必然性。接着，透过对传统手工管理教材模式的解析，阐明了学校教材在手工管理模式下可能出现的漏洞以及错误，提出了在计算机管理教材模式中必须完善的几个部分，尤其是资料的准确性。这之后，通过对系统的可行性分析、需求分析、系统设计、数据库的设计等方面进行了详细的阐述。根据系统当前实际的需求，可以将系统的主要核心分解为以下几个模块：管理员操作模块，教师操作模块，学生操作模块，这三个模块之中，每一个模块都具备其特有的功能，好比教材管理、教材入库、教材出库、教材信息修改、教材剔除等，并且还具有较强的操作针对性、文护性、拓展性和实际应用性。在此基础之上再通过对各模块的详细设计和具体实现进行详细的分析和描述。最后，理论结合实际，对系统进行全面的构建和测试。
本文在确保了资料的准确性的前提下，在Myeclipse中着重尝试进行基于Web方式的系统的开发，通过前台Jsp页面与后台Mysql数据库进行连接，达成想对应的操作。笔者通过系统的可行性分析、需求分析、系统开发要求、数据库的设计、以及整体系统的设计进行不断地尝试和改良，最后，通过软件测试理论对制作的系统进行全面的测试，由测试的结果得出其客观的评价，以及本系统实现的意义和值得改进的地方以及将来的发展前景。4494

Abstract:     Textbook management has always been occupying a high position in the school educational system, whether it works efficiently or not directly reflects the school quality of the office work. However, due to the teaching material management requires extremely large amounts of data and quiet tedious work steps, the traditional manual management mode is not only inefficient, time-consuming, laborious but also likely to occur such as manual calculation errors caused by inaccurate and so on. Therefore, there is an urgent need to introduce computer management mode to replace the manual management mode in order to make the teachers and the students can quickly grasp information details and improve the efficiency of the school office to accelerate the process of its modernization. For this purpose, to strengthen and improve the teaching material management system for teachers and students or school office has very important significance. After that, through to the system feasibility analysis, requirement analysis, system design, database design and so on has carried on the detailed elaboration. According to the actual demand of current system, the main core of the system can be decomposed into the following several modules: administrator's operation module, teacher's operation module, student's operation module. These three modules, each module has its unique function like teaching materials' management, teaching materials' inbound, teaching materials' outbound, modifying the teaching materials' information , deleting the teaching materials and etc. And it also has strong pertinence operation, maintainability, expansibility, and practical applications. On this basic, through detailed design and implementation of each module carries on the detailed analysis and description.
