系统是以小微商家的进、销、存和会员管理为核心功能，系统针对小微商家的需求，实现了用户信息管理、商品信息管理、商品销售管理、商品退货管理和会员信息管理五大功能模块。系统的服务器子系统采用tomcat7。0，以Myeclipse为系统开发环境，以Java EE技术为基础，采用Struts 2。0框架，通过JDBC实现Mysql数据库连接。

系统改变了以往小微商家用户手工记账的方式，实现了商家进货、销售、退货的信息化、智能化，软件有友好的界面，操作方便简单，用户只需懂得简单的计算机操作知识，就能自由应用本软件，提高了用户的可用性。系统能通过调用摄像头直接扫描商品条码，不用再手工输入，减少了人为输入错误的出现，提高了系统的实用性。
