摘要移动互联网技术的进步和智能终端设备的广泛应用,使得移动医疗成为可能。移动医疗系统可以将病人的各种信息,包括电子病历、体征信息等,通过移动终端设备进行录入和展现,从而使得医生可以随时随地了解病人的状态信息。在众多智能操作系统中,iOS以其流畅性和便捷性成为主流操作系统之一,适合于作为移动医疗客户端的操作平台。
本文在对移动医疗系统的功能需求进行分析的基础上,设计并实现了一个基于iOS的移动医疗客户端系统原型,实现了相关医疗信息的管理。本文的主要工作如下:。
(1)分析并研究了当前移动医疗及其客户端系统的应用背景,对所涉及的相关技术及功能要求进行了归纳分析,提出了移动医疗客户端系统的功能需求;
(2)在对用户需求与功能需求进行分析的基础上,设计并实现了一个基于iOS系统的移动医疗客户端原型,在iPad上实现了病人信息的本地缓存、管理与数据呈现等功能;
(3)对所实现的移动医疗客户端系统原型进行了实验验证,实验结果表明,系统在有效实现患者信息管理的基础上,极大提高了医疗信息处理的便捷性。23526

Title Design and Implementation of an IOS-based Mobile Medical System Application
Abstract
With the development of mobile Internet technology and the advanced devices, mobile healthcare become possible. Mobile medical system can record patient information and show on mobile devices, including electronic medical records, symptoms, etc., so that the doctor can understand the state of the patient information at anytime and anywhere. Among smartphone operating system, iOS for its fluency and convenience become one of the main operating systems, which is suitable for mobile medical system application.
Based on the functional requirements of the mobile medical system, design and implementation of mobile medical system prototype based iOS, and finally achieved medical information management. The main work are as follow:
(1) Analyze and study the background of mobile medical and applications, summarized and analyzed the relevant technology and functional requirements, raised the function requirements of mobile medical system;
(2) Based on the analysis of the function requirements, design and implementation an iOS -based mobile medical system prototype, achieved a local cache of information, management and data presentation capabilities on iPad;
(3) Test on the mobile medical system prototype, the results show that the system can do effectively on patient information management, which greatly improves the convenience of medical information processing.
