摘要：房屋租赁是房地产业的重要组成部分，其在房地产业经济运作的全过程之中起着至关重要的作用。本系统全称房屋租赁管理系统，采用ASP.NET技术和SQL Server 2005数据库管理系统作为工具进行开发。整个系统从操作简单性，界面友好性，功能实用性出发，为房产信息发布、管理提供了一个方便和实用的平台，为客户提供了便捷而全面的房屋出租信息，使客户可以快速、方便地找到条件、地点、价格合适的房源。主要实现了个人信息管理、信息发布、房源查询、房源管理、用户管理等功能，基本满足房屋租赁工作的需要。本篇论文主要介绍了本课题的研究背景、开发的意义、国内外研究现状、课题的可行性分析、软件的开发过程和已经完成的功能，其中重点说明了本课题的需求分析、各个模块的详细设计过程。

House Renting Management System
Abstract: As an essential part of real estate industry, House Renting exist in the whole economic operation of this industry. The full name of this system is House Renting Management System, using technologies of ASP.NET and SQL Server 2005 database management system. Taking into consideration of simple operation, friendly interface and practical function, the whole system has been designed to provide a convenient and practical platform for real estate information dissemination and management, and to offer convenient and comprehensive rental housing information for customers. By this platform, customers can quickly and conveniently find suitable houses with proper conditions, location and price. The functions, mainly including personal information management, information dissemination, housing enquiry, housing management, can basically meet the needs of house renting. This thesis introduces the background of the development, the meaning of the selective subject, related research at home and abroad, feasibility analysis, the process of design and the functions demanded. What’s more, the paper mainly explains the design concepts and the detailed design process of every part.
