摘 要：当代城镇化发展越来越快，传统的人工非统筹性小区管理办法已经不能满足社会需求。为了满足居民居住生活的需要，我们需要提供一个完善的小区物业管理系统，为住户提供一个便捷、舒适、满意的居住环境。
本文介绍了该物业管理系统设计开发的基本过程以及一些关键性技术，从需求分析、概念结构、逻辑结构和功能实现等几个方面展开描述。该小区物业管理系统使用数字化科学管理方式,高效快捷地对小区进行管理。该管理系统的主要功能包括：登录管理、投诉报修受理、收费管理及业主交流。本管理系统的开发语言是JSP，开发环境是MyEclipse,后台使用SQL Server作为数据库管理系统，服务器是Tomcat，集成开发出一个基于Web技术的B/S结构小区物业管理系统【1】。93193
