摘要随着网络与信息技术的不断发展，信息化普及程度与应用水平不断提高，但是在这个过程中，许多企业过于片面地追求技术的发展和系统升级，而忽略了信息化的基础工作，也就是对信息的分类与编码，以致于在企业内部也难以实现信息流通与信息共享，造成了“信息孤岛”现象的出现。29453
为了更好地推进信息化、提升企业竞争力，在了解发展现状、学习系统架构与编码体系结构之后，进行了以制造型企业为对象的基于编码规则的信息分类编码系统设计。并通过借助开放平台，实现系统原型的构建，初步实现信息的存储、增加、修改、删除、查询等功能，给予信息分类编码更多的便利。

Title Design and Development of Enterprise Information
Classification Coding System Based on Open Platform
Abstract
With the great development of Internet and information technology, popularization and application of informatization come to a new stage. But a lot of enterprise lays one-sided emphasis on technological development and system upgrades in the process. And it occurs to the ignorance of the basis of informatization, which means information classification and coding. And it puts more obstacles in the way of information circulation and sharing, which is to blame for the ‘information isolated island’.
In order to put informatization forward and enhance the enterprise’s competition ability, after comprehension of development situation, system framework and coding system, the design of information classification coding system comes out. For the sake of open platform, establishment of coding system comes true. And it’s convenient for information classification coding.

1 引言
随着科学技术的不断发展，信息技术在社会各层面中得到广泛应用，信息化水平已经成为衡量一个国家综合实力、经济实力与发达程度的重要指标。
信息化作为企业提升核心竞争力的重要手段，早就已经渗透到企业的生产、经营、管理等方面[1]。由于我国目前国民经济的发展仍然是以制造业为主，因此本课题也以制造业的信息化为主要研究对象。制造业信息化的内涵，主要体现在采购的信息化、制造手段的信息化、管理手段的信息化、产品的信息化、通讯网络化等等[2]。
