摘要伴随着互联网信息时代的高速发展，现实生活中许多行业也将其业务寄托于网络，房屋出租就是其中很明显的代表。随着房屋出租交易市场的不断扩张，大量的房屋信息铺天盖地涌来。如何利用先进的网络虚拟技术，提高房屋租赁的效率，这也成了当前市场的广泛需求，而这就是在线房屋租赁系统研究开发的意义所在。30518
本文所编写的在线房屋租赁系统，采用面向对象的编程方法，基于B/S架构。以JSP为开发技术，结合SQLServer2008数据库，在MyEclipse集成环境下开发完成。其开发方面的工作主要包括数据库的建立和文护以及前端的应用程序两个方面，本系统充分实现了房屋租赁的自动化和信息化。整个系统从满足界面友好、操作简便、安全的要求出发，提供了发布、管理、搜索和高级查询等主要功能，其中普通用户、注册用户以及管理员各自的功能组成了整个系统。

Title  Design and Implementation of Online House Leasing  System                                            
Abstract
Along with the rapid development of Internet information era, many industries in the real life will depend on the business network,and rental housing is one of the obvious representative.With the continuous expansion of the housing rental market, a lot of housing information  is overwhelming . How to use the advanced network virtual technology to improve the efficiency of housing lease has become the current market demand, and this is the significance of the research and development of online rental housing system.
Online rental system this paper written uses object oriented programming method and is based on B/S architecture.The system is developed by JSP technology, combining SQLServer2008 database, and developed in the MyEclipse environment.Its development mainly includes two aspects: the application of the establishment and maintenance of database and front-end. The system realizes the automation and information of rental housing. Starting from the entire system to meet the requirements of friendly interface, simple operation, safety. It provides the main function including management, search and advanced search.The whole system 
includes the respective functions of ordinary users, registered users and administrators.

1  引言
