摘要本论文由情境构建在第三方保险网站中的应用为切入点，从情境构建的概念，到怎样做好情境构建到第三方保险网站的现状，第三方保险网站与传统的保险推销形式以及直销型保险网站之间的对比，做了一个详细的阐述。再对含有情境构建的网站进行调研分析，如何做好一个情境构建，这需要我们从理论基础开始构建一个情境框架，了解方案思路，把保险产品和保障项目对应起来，从情境构建用户的选择对应到保障项目，再从保障项目对应到保险产品，最后再将保险产品进行排序，给用户推荐合适的保险产品。用户情境体系建立好，就可以较为成功的完成一个这样的导航，让用户能够在不知情的情况下即可选择最合适的保险产品。33003
