摘要：如今各行各业都在飞速发展，企业人员数量也在不断增加，分工更加细致、联系更加密切，员工信息管理的难度越来越大。最初的人工方式的人事管理已经不再适合现代公司的发展。公司员工信息管理系统就是用电脑代替纸质记录，完成大量员工的信息管理，更加高效的处理公司的人事管理任务，实现员工管理的自动化和规范化。本文阐述以Microsoft SQL Server 2005作为后台数据库，以C#作为界面设计工具开发的公司员工信息管理系统，拟实现公司信息管理的功能。论文由绪论、系统分析、概要设计、系统实现、系统测试和总结体会优尔部分组成，主要内容包括：本课题的目的意义、国内外研究现状水平和发展趋势；系统开发的需求分析；系统整体设计思路，包括功能设计和数据库设计；系统各个功能模块具体实现过程；对实现的功能模块进行测试；最后进行总结。33244
