摘要：随着人们生活水平的提高，银行业务已经是生活中不可缺少的一部分。不论是手机、网页上银行业务等等已经深深的渗透到了人们的生活中。尽管如此，仍然有许多的工作必须在银行的营业厅柜台内完成。所以银行工作人员在银行扩展其他类业务的同时也在不断优化营业厅柜台业务的操作和窗口业务流程的安排。即使各大银行都推出了属于自己的自动存取机（ATM机）减少营业厅压力，银行的柜台客户也并没有减少，如何有效简化银行营业厅业务办理手续，优化银行职员的操作，减少单次业务服务的时间，让业务流程变得简洁、最大化增多每日办理业务客户数量、减少排队时间是银行管理人员最关心的问题。本文针对这一情况，设计了一个系统，通过C#语言和数据库的结合实现本系统使得业务员在短时间内完成的对用户相应账户资金操作。本文进行了需求分析、系统设计和系统测试。系统开发采用了C#语言，SQL Server数据库，编译环境为Visual Studio，前台连接数据库的方式。主要使用C#语言存储、读取、修改在数据库中的数据。希望我的设计有一天可以实现，为银行营业厅业务操作管理提供有效的帮助。35462

Abstract: As people living standard rise, banking business is an indispensable part of life. Whether it is a banking business on mobile phone, web pages, and so on have been deep penetration to people's life. However, there are still many work must be made within the business hall of the counter in the bank. So the bank staff extend other kind of business in the bank at the same time continue to optimize business hall counter business operation and the arrangement of the business process window. Even if the Banks have launched their own automatic access machine (ATM) reduce the pressure of business hall, the counter of the bank customers also does not reduce, how to effectively simplify the bank business hall business formalities, optimizing the operation of the bank clerk, reduce the time of the single business service, to maximize the business process becomes concise, increase the daily deal with business customers, reduce queuing time is the most concern of the bank management. Aimed at this situation, this paper designed a system, through the combination of the c # language and database to realize this system makes the salesman finished in a short time to user accounts operation accordingly. This article has carried on the demand analysis, system design and system test. System development using the c # language and SQL Server database, the compiler environment for Visual Studio, connect to the database at the front desk. Mainly using c # language is stored, read, modify data in the database. Hope one day my design can be realized, for the bank business hall business operations management to provide effective help.
