摘 要：我校具有庞大的师资队伍,其中包含专任教师,兼职教师以及外教各类型教师等的基本个人、工资、授课等信息的登记、教学业务信息更新与统计,采用传统的手工记录统计和纸保持庞大的教师信息处理时已显得心有余而力不足,然而使用教务管理系统,却因为系统的庞大而显得浪费了大量的资源,同时因为该系统不是针对教师信息的管理而设计的所以显的不够专业。本论文就是针对上面出现的问题,结合教师基本信息管理以及使用的实际情况,在对国内外教师信息管理系统的深入分析和研究的基础上,设计和开发了“教师管理系统” ,从而为我校的可持续性发展提供强大的支持。本系统采用 SSH架构,依据传统的教师信息管理系统进行了比较合理的结构设计,包括登录模块、基本信息模块、教师基本工资管理，授课信息等模块。本系统采用JSP设计开发的。本系统是针对我校的实际需求而开发的一个教师管理软件,所开发的系统具有实用价值,是一个以计算机为基础,具有数据处理、信息显示、控制功能的信息管理系统。系统主要为后台管理。后台管理主要包括添加用户基本信息、删除用户基本信息、修改用户基本信息等相关功能。同时系统具有人性化的人机界面，同时具备杰出的权限管理；分类显示教师的相关具备个人信息；方便信息查询,支持关键字查询;在相应的权限下,操作数据方便快捷、数据稳定性强；支持打印;该系统具有很高的安全性同时稳定运行。36553

Design and implementation of teachermanagement system
Abstract: Our school has a large contingent of teachers, which include full-time teachers,part-time teachers and teachers of various types of teachers of basic personal, wages, teachinginformation registration, teaching business information updates and statistical, by thetraditional manual filing statistics and paper to keep and huge teachers' informationprocessing has become the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. However the use of teachermanagement system, but because the system is a huge system is a waste of a lot of resources,also because the system is not designed for teachers' information management so sensibleenough professional.This thesis is aiming at the problems mentioned above, combined with teachers basicinformation management and the use of actual situation, in the further analysis and research tothe domestic and foreign teacher information management system based on, designed anddeveloped the teacher management system, to provide strong support to the sustainabledevelopment of our school. The System Using SSH framework, the reasonable structuredesign is carried out on the basis of the traditional teacher information management system,including the login module, the basic information module, teacher's basic salary management,teaching information module. This system uses the object-oriented design and developmenttools Microsoft. This system is developed for me to learn the actual needs of a teachermanagement system, the developed system has practical value, is a computer based dataprocessing, information display and control functions of the information management system.The system is mainly the backstage management. The backstage management includingadd user's basic information, delete user information, modify the user basic information andother related functions. At the same time, the system has user-friendly interface, also have theoutstanding management authority; that the classification of teachers related with personalinformation; to facilitate information search, to support keyword queries; under theappropriate permissions, convenient and quick operation data, data stability is strong; supportprinting; the system can stable operation, and has high safety.
