本文对基于ipad的房屋销售软件的设计与实现进行了研究。首先阐述了销售工作在企业中的重要地位，简单介绍了ipad的背景以及ipad软件开发环境、开发语言和运行环境，阐述了选择ios作为开发平台的原因，分析了基于ipad平板电脑平台的房屋销售软件的市场需求以及开发的可行性，然后对房屋销售软件进行需求分析和系统设计，探讨了房屋销售软件的开发方法和实现技术。
本系统客户端开发基于Mac OS平台，运行于IPhone手机平台，使用作为客户端的开发语言。本文详细阐述了房屋销售软件开发的目的、设计思想，并完成了对该app的界面设计的需求分析、系统分析与设计

Abstract

In this paper, the design of iPad housing sales and Realization of the software are studied based on the. Firstly introduces the important position of sales work in the enterprise, introduces the background on the iPad and iPad software development environment, programming language and operating environment, expounds the reason of choosing IOS as the development platform, analyzes the feasibility of iPad tablet computer platform of the housing sales software market demand and development based on the needs analysis, and then design and the system of housing sales software, discusses the development method of housing sales software and technology.
The system client is developed based on the OS Mac platform, running on the IPhone mobile platform, using the development language as the client. This paper describes the purpose of the development of housing sales software, design ideas, and the design of the app interface design requirements analysis, system analysis and design.
