摘要：随着我国经济发展和社会现代化程度越来越高，计算机在企业经营管理中的应用已经相当普遍。很多的企业开始意识到客户信息对于企业发展很重要。该项目的设计开发，可以帮助企业方便的存储企业资源信息，系统化的管理有利于用户在企业内部的信息共享与利用，从而在企业与用户间形成一种新的关系。当今市场上主流的客户信息管理系统大多都是针对较大型的企业，系统采用大型数据库进行数据管理，系统功能过为复杂，对于管理员用户以及使用者都要求具备一定的操作知识。但是，对于小型的企业用户来说，仅需能够满足企业对信息的管理需求即可。39874
本文所介绍的客户信息管理系统是定位于小型的企业、采用浏览器/服务器的使用模式以及Web开发技术。该系统是以Java Web作为编程语言、用MySQL数据库进行数据存储与管理、基于Eclipse开发平台而设计的管理系统。设计一个具备基本功能、操作便捷能满足基本要求的小型系统是本项目的目标。本系统实现了对客户信息的管理功能，实现了对客户信息与订单信息的添加或删除等功能，以及企业对自身用户的有效管理。

Abstract: : With the development and degree of social modernization of our economy growing, computer applications in business management has been quite common.More and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of customer information for the development of enterprises.Design and development of this, can help companies to facilitate the storage business resource information, the management system is conducive to the user in the enterprise internal information sharing and utilization, so as to form a new relationship between the enterprise and the user.Most of today's mainstream market for customer information management systems are larger enterprises, the system uses a large database for data management, system functions too complex for users and user administrators are required to have a working knowledge.However, for small enterprise users, only need to be able to meet the enterprise information management needs.
