摘要:随着城市化进程加快，经济水平提高的同时,人们对生活水平的要求也越来越高。更多的人们乐意在购房时选择较为高档的小区。再加上信息化的不断发展，传统的以人工为主的小区管理方式已经无法使大量业主的资料、繁杂的收费统计和小区各项资源的管理能够高效的完成。因此，开发一套高效率、无差错的高档住宅小区管理系统软件就显得十分有必要。通过对小区业主以及小区物业管理人员的需求以及系统开发的可能性进行分析。本系统的设计与开发所使用的SQL Server 2008和ASP.NET技术以及B/S结构，实现了系统的登录、用户信息的管理、小区业主的管理和维修信息发管理。高档住宅小区管理系统的实现，方便了物业更好的服务业主，也为业主的生活带来了便利。 42057

 Abstract:With urbanization, economic level at the same time, people's living standards are increasingly high requirements.
