摘要:资源的节约是当今社会非常重视的一个问题,换热器广泛应用在各个行业,节省能源强化传热不断得到重视。本文主要根据给定的不同的制冷量、海水进出口水的温度,按照铜光管和钛螺纹管换热器的结构来进行水流量、水流速、冷热媒换热系数、综合换热系数、光管阻力、螺纹管长度及阻力计算,并通过运用 VB 设计出钛螺纹管换热器来代替铜光管换热器。本课题还可以比较不同的制冷剂、螺纹管节距、螺纹深度、肋片厚度及螺纹角度,对钛螺纹管换热器进行优化设计。通过研究发现,相同长度的螺纹管的换热效果是光管的 1-2倍,这样可以在很大程度上强化换热器,减小了换热器的体积,从而节约能源。42318

Abstract: In today's society, saving resource is a very important issue. Heat exchangers arewidely used in various industries, energy saving and heat transfer enhancement has been paidmore and more attention.This paper is mainly based on the different cooling capacity, importand outlet sea water temperature. According to the structure of copper tube and titanium screwpipe heat exchanger, to calculate the water flow, velocity of flow, heat medium and refrigerantheat transfer coefficient, light tube resistance,threaded pipe length and resistance.By using VBto design titanium threaded pipe heat exchanger instead of copper tube heat exchanger.Thissubject can also compare different refrigerants, thread pitch, thread depth, rib thickness andthread angle to optimize the design of titanium screw pipe heat exchanger.According to theresearch, the same length of the threaded tube heat transfer effect is 1-2 times of light pipe. Inthis way, the heat exchanger can be enhanced to a large extent, the volume of the heatexchanger is reduced and the energy is saved.
