本文主要讲述了，根据网络音乐的现状，通过对网站、软件等传递音乐手段的调查和分析，了解了现如今用户对音乐的需求，明确了音乐点播与推荐系统索要实现的具体功能，并详述了本系统的结构设计和功能设计。从而实现了一个小型的音乐软件的设计和应用。本设计主要利用C#语言和WPF框架对音乐系统进行编写。同时，本文给出了系统详细的设计过程、主要功能运行的流程图、主要界面的运行图和主要功能的代码等。本文还对开发过程中遇到的问题进行了详细的讨论，并给出了解决方案。本音乐系统集播放音乐、搜索音乐、推荐音乐、管理音乐信息、管理用户信息等功能于一体，性能良好。
