摘要：项目管理是具有创造性的活动，项目的不确定性和多变性造就了项目的风险，要取得项目的成功，成功的成本管理是重中之重，成本得不到控制是谈不上项目的成功的。成本是项目的灵魂，是甲乙双方和众多干系人集中关注的因素。在项目实现的过程里需要对项目成本进行管理，其目的就是保证在过程中项目的预算和项目实际花费不要相差过大。该软件项目估算系统包含个人管理、项目管理、项目成本图表这3个主要的大模块功能。系统采用B/S架构，基于windows平台和Nginx服务器，使用mysql作为系统后台的数据库，php为主要开发语言，使整个系统层次结构清晰，操作便捷，并且具有一定的安全性。43778
本文将会对功能点进行比较详尽的阐述，并且在系统开发的基础上，从需求分析，系统设计，系统实现等各个层面对整个课题进行了详细得阐述，本课题的主要难点在于对功能点的理解和分析以及如何将功能点这个成本估算方法转化成真正的程序实现。
本系统仍处于内部运行阶段，用户可以借助此系统，简化计算软件系统项目成本的过程，提高一定的工作效率。该软件系统运行效果符合预期的设计定义的要求。
