1 引言

1.1 学院教学管理网站的设计与建设背景

我国教育产业化发展对教育水平以及教学管理软硬件水平的要求有所提高。教学管理是整个学校管理的核心和基础[1]。最传统的教学管理工作主要采用手工操作的方式，耗时耗力，保密性、可维护性差，信息的查找困难和透明度低。同时，随着学校规模的扩大，人工管理方式变得更加困难，不仅严重影响教师和教学管理人员工作效率和工作质量，而且浪费了大量的人力和物力，己经不能适应时代的发展。
