Web页面发展的新趋势是正在逐渐开始采用响应式设计的技术，响应式网页设计的技术正在变得越来越重要。响应式网页设计的目的是为了满足网站开发中为用户提供良好的用户体验的强烈需求。响应式的设计能够使网页具有更好的外观，在浏览时不需要任何放大或者缩小的操作，所有的页面都会根据屏幕大小的不同而自适应。本系统拥有易用性的特点，使系统使用起来更加地高效快捷，同时结合AJAX使网页实现异步更新，使得页面无需每次都重新加载，提供良好的用户体验。

The Design and Implement of enterprise Q&A Management System
Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, the scale of software is also growing, all the software business enterprises lead the software project manages into the development activity progressively, the design development practices the valid management. Finding problems and solving problems is a very important aspect of project management. Problems can be found in time through effective communication and it can be solved when the problem has just happened, to prevent small problems become large, and finally led to the failure of the project.
At the same time responsive design is now increasingly being applied to the web page design, responsive design is becoming more and more important due to high demand of user friendly’s interface in website. Responsive design enables web pages to have a better look. It allows a website to adapt itself to any device according to the width of screen due to various size of devices screen and resolution that lead to different size of layout of the same website. While it also has sufficient ease of use, it makes the system more effective and efficient to use. At the same time this system combines AJAX allows web page refresh asynchronously, and it make the web page don’t need to reload every time. By using these techniques, it provides users a good user experience.
