摘要：由于二手房交易量逐渐上涨，房地产中介扮演着很重要的角色, 而传统的房产经纪公司以手动登记为主，需要处理大量的书面文件。为了使房产信息的管理更加是快捷、真实、准确，本系统利用了Microsoft Visual Studio2008结合数据库SQL2005等相关的知识，设计实现了房地产中介信息管理的系统。与传统的房产信息管理方式相比这个系统提高了房地产经纪公司的工作效率，处理信息更自动化，科学化，规范化。48753

The Design and Implementation of 

Real Estate Intermediary Management System

Abstract：Due to the secondary trading volume gradually rise, real estate intermediary plays a very important role, and the traditional real estate brokerage company is given priority to with manual registration, need to deal with a lot of paperwork. In order to make the real estate information management is more fast, true, accurate, this system takes advantage of the Microsoft Visual Studio2008 combining database SQL2005 related knowledge, real estate intermediary information management system was implemented. Compared with the traditional way of real estate information management the system to improve the efficiency of the real estate brokerage company, processing information more automation, scientific and standardized.
