摘要：随着社会经济水平的提高，以及互联网水平的快速增长，越来越多的商业行为开始和网络挂钩。互联网不仅给我们带来了更多的娱乐方式，也为大家各方面提供了便捷。近几年，由于人们心态的年轻化、自由化，旅游成为多数人消遣的方式，这大大带动了酒店业的发展。而人们长期采用的传统的人工方式-手工记账等已经不适应如今快节奏的社会了。在竞争如此激烈的今天，面对无法预估的机遇和挑战，利用计算机来提高酒店运行效率，已经成为必不可少的条件之一。49282

为了解决人工对客户信息的保管与查询的不便，纯人工管理酒店十分困难，利用管理系统来记录旅客的入住身份和预订信息，这样浅层次上满足基本需要，大大提高了工作效率，而且人力资源和物力资源也得到了很大的缓解，基本可以达到预期的要求。优秀的酒店管理系统不但可以提高服务水平，更可以增进顾客的回头率，带来经济效益的增长。所以系统简洁明了，操作便利，维护快捷，有较高的安全性，是酒店选择使用的前提。 

本系统采用数据库SQL和C#语言在VS2012上进行开发，来实现对顾客住宿登记等一系列的功能。

 The development of resort hotel guest room management system

Abstract: With the improvement of social economic level, as well as the rapid development of Internet, more and more commercial activity started and linked to the network. The Internet not only brings us more entertainment, but also provides convenient in all aspects for everyone. In recent years, due to the mentality of young people, liberalization, tourism has become the majority way of persion, which greatly boosted the development of the hotel industry. While people long-term use of traditional way of artificial, such as manual accounting is no longer adapt to today’s fast-paced society. In the intense competition today, in the face of unable to forecast the opportunities and challenges, using computer to improve the efficiency of the hotel, has become one of the indispensable antecedent condition.

In order to solve the human information storage and query of inconvenience to the client, and the difficulty of hotel management, using the computer to record the identity of travelers and lodging information, and the shallow level to meet basic needs, which greatly improve the working efficiency, but also human resources and material resources have been a great relief, basic can achieve the desired requirements. This excellent hotel management system not only can improve the level of service, more can improve customer retention, bringing economic growth. So the system is simple and clear, easy to operate, quick maintenance, have higher security, is a prerequisite for hotel use.

The system adopts the database SQL Server2012 and C# language on VS2012,to achieve a series of functions such as registration to customers.
