摘 要伴随着经济的高速发展以及互联网知识的普及越来越广，人们的意识紧跟时代，开始越来越频繁的使用计算机来处理生活中一些常见的问题，或是一些生活中遇到的难题。那么从最近几年来看，由于售楼信息在不断发生改革，售楼管理人员对售楼信息管理的科技化需求也与日俱增。因为对于大部分的售楼信息管理者来说，如何能够有效的进行管理售楼信息的管理，使其发挥它的最大的效益，那么，这便成为每一位售楼信息管理者所面临的难题和挑战。所以售楼信息管理系统的设计和发展成为了售楼信息管理中的当务之急。本售楼管理系统的前台主要是用 JSP 作为系统的开发语言，那后台则使用的是MYSQL 作为数据库的管理系统，开发环境选择为 MyEclipse，而服务器则用的是 tomcat，综合这些，设计并开发出一个基于 Web 技术的、B/S 结构的售楼信息管理系统。 售楼信息管理系统是将计算机技术用于售楼信息的管理, 它能够高效的收集与存储售楼信息中的档案信息，为售楼工作人员提供更新与检索售楼信息档案的接口，从而来提高这个过程中的工作效率。本论文主要介绍了课题的开发背景、目的和意义，以及所要完成的功能和相应的开发过程。主要阐述了该售楼系统设计的设计思想、以及设计的重点难点、难点技术以及一些解决的方案。该论文有图13 幅，表8 个，参考文献19 篇。50854
