摘要：在信息科技高速发展今天，企业人事管理软件的高效性使它成为绝大多数企业必备的人事协助管理工具。本文所阐述的企业人事管理系统,是一种通过浏览器/客户端模式实现了协助人事部门进行管理工作的管理系统。其主要功能是实现企业人力资源管理、企业招聘管理、企业培训管理和企业薪金管理。54951

本文所设计的系统是基于JSP技术开发的，并使用MySQL进行数据库设计,基本实现了预定的目标，建立起了一个比较完整的企业人事管理系统。它的特点是操作方便，简单易懂。因此对于企业来说，这是一种科学的、高效的管理系统。

Abstract：Under the background that science and technology flies to develop soon, the efficiency of enterprise personnel management software has made it become the vast majority of enterprise personnel to assist the management tools. The enterprise personnel management system described in this paper, is a kind of to assist the personnel department management through the browser / client mode to realize the management system. Its main function is to achieve the enterprise human resources management, recruitment management, training management and enterprise salary management. The design of this system is developed based on JSP technology, and use MySQL database design, basically achieved the goal of personnel management system, establish a more complete enterprise. It is characterized by convenient operation, easy to understand. Therefore, to the enterprise, this is a management system of scientific, efficient.
