摘要： 针对公司日常管理繁重的工作量，老式的公司日常管理已经不适用于当今越来越快的节奏，渐渐的越来越多的公司开始使用公司日常管理系统。公司日常管理系统是一个用人单位不可缺少的部分，它的内容对于公司的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要。本文介绍了Lorenti 公司管理系统设计—日常管理模块的开发整个过程，阐述了系统分析、系统设计、数据库设计和系统实施的全过程。在开发方法上本系统利用了软件工程化的思想和方法，总体上采用结构化生命周期开发方法，具体模块实施采用了原型法和面向对象系统开发方法。并采用Asp.Net语言，SQL Server 2008作为后台数据库。本系统具有员工信息管理、管理员信息管理、人事信息管理、考勤信息管理、卫生信息管理、活动信息管理等功能。利用计算机和网络优势，根据实际的需要开发专门的公司日常管理系统，可以将以往独立的员工日常表现有机结合，实现评优、奖惩的有据可依。系统前端开发采用ASP.NET，后端数据库开发工具为SQL Server 2008 数据库来完成Lorenti 公司管理系统设计—日常管理模块的开发与设计。8178

Abstract: For the daily management workload, old-fashioned daily management of the company has not applicable to today's increasingly rapid pace, and gradually more and more companies start using the company's daily management system. This article describes the Lorenti management system design - the daily management of the entire process module development, elaborated system analysis, system design, database design and implementation of the system as a whole.
