摘要在信息科技日新月异的今天，我们生活的方方面面都被烙上了信息化的标记，很多行业也都将计算机技术作为自身发展的一个跳板和契机。本文就将围绕物业行业的信息化进行讨论。随着城市化的进行与发展，小区已经成为我国居民的一大主流居住环境，涵盖了一整套居住所需的条件与设备设施。随着人们对生活品质要求的提高，物业应运而生。而如今，信息化已悄然变成了现代物业管理的大趋势，良好的物业服务也已成为房地产企业提升竞争力的一大举措。传统的物业管理效率低、繁杂、易出错的特点使得物业公司开始寻求新的方式来辅助自己的工作。智能化的小区物业管理系统无疑是一个强有力的助手，它能够有效的减少人力工作，降低出错几率，提升工作效率。本文将采用Java语言，结合数据库就小区物业管理系统进行分析、设计，实现一个符合实际使用需要的软件。72009
本系统具备以下几个基本功能：信息管理、缴费管理功能、投诉建议管理功能以及在线报修等。目标是在实现这些功能的基础上，还能实现美观的页面，获得较好的用户体验。
