摘要：21世纪，互联网的发展十分迅速，在网络上获取信息也变的越来越普遍。这让许多中小型企业面临着巨大的压力。在企业竞争中，对于信息的获取变成了最重要的一环。谁可以了解到最新的信息、最及时的信息、信息是否完善、信息是否有用，成为了一个企业能否脱颖而出的关键。本文从企业办公自动化的研究现状，研究意义，所需要用到的开发技术与环境，和具体需求分析等方面详细介绍了如何创建一个中小型企业OA平台的设计过程。企业办公自动化系统主要实现一个应用在企业的企业办公自动化系统，企业用户有两种，一个是企业管理员，拥有最高权限，另一个是公司普通员工。本文系统功能包括了通告管理，员工管理，部门管理，工作备忘管理，邮件收发，留言板等信息的控制和管理。本系统建立在微软开发的软件平台Microsoft Visual Studio 2008上，采用ASP.NET框架，后台编程语言采用C#编程语言来实现程序功能的编写，数据库采用SQL2008数据库来存放系统中的数据信息，整个程序是基于B/S架构的一个管理系统程序。33062
