摘要在当前情况下，我国房地产建设越来越火热，随着房地产的不断增多，如何快速售楼成为当前众多售楼公司所需要面对的问题。在此背景下，我通过对目前房地产行业相关的公司调查，通过网络收集了许多国内外的资料，分析研究之后，希望设计一个售楼管理系统，做出一个比较好的设计，以此训练我的个人综合能力并加以提升。72010

经过思考，我决定结合我之前学习的知识，模拟现实社会应用，夹杂了软件工程学的原理，及相关制作方法，利用ASP。NET加上B/S架构来成为我的售楼管理网站。起先，系统需求分析贯穿于整个系统周期，系统的相关主体性能，接上相关数据流库ER图。然后，是数据库实体和数据库设计表；接着，就是最重要的系统详尽相关模块，首页模块里面包含出租，出售，留言，修改，楼盘展示等模块，其中首页模块最重要。最后，完成相关模块设计之后进行系统检测，根据检测结果进行总结，进一步提升系统效率，让系统更高效的运行，为以后带来便利。

Sales management system design and implementation 

Abstract  Under the current circumstances, China's real estate construction is increasingly hot, with the increasing number of real estate, how to quickly become the current sales company needs  to face the problem。 In this context, I passed on the current real estate industry related companies to investigate, through the network collected many data at home and abroad, analysis and research to design a sales management system, to make a better design, in order to train my personal comprehensive ability and analyzed。

   After thinking, I decided to combine my previous study of knowledge, to simulate the real social application, with the principle of software engineering, and related production methods, the use of ASP。NET and B/S architecture to be my sales management web site。 Throughout the cycle system at first, the system requirement analysis, system performance related subject, library E  R connected to the related data flow diagram。 Then, is a database entity tables and database design; Then, is the most important system related modules, and detailed the homepage module includes rental, sale, leave a message, modification, real estate display module, such as the homepage module is the most important。 Finally, after complete a module design for system testing, according to the test results were concluded, further improve the system efficiency and make the system run more efficiently, to bring convenience for later。
