CityEngine三维地籍信息系统的设计与实现

摘要地籍是管理和维护合法的土地使用,从而保障土地所有者的权益,推动和维护社会 生产秩序健康发展,在社会的管理和经济活动中发挥重要作用。目前我国土地管理部门 多采用二维地籍来登记与管理土地的相关权利,二维地籍虽然简单高效,但是随着经济 的发展,二维地籍已经无法满足特殊立体宗地的管理需求。三维地籍是在二维地籍的基 础上发展而来,三维地籍是以三维空间中的实体为研究对象,以三维地理信息系统为技 术管理平台,使用三维空间数据库管理三维地籍的空间属性和地籍专题属性,三维地籍 的理论和技术方法的迅速发展,能够适应城市空间资源的有效管理和优化需求,从而推 动地籍管理信息化的进一步发展,必然将成为现代地籍发展的新趋势。地籍的三维可视 化不仅使地籍要素更为简单直观,而且有利于管理立体交叉要素,因此必然是未来地籍 发展的新趋势。73818

本文基于 CityEngine 技术,采用规则建模的方法实现了大学三维地形的建 模,主要包括房屋建筑、道路与绿化等要素的地物建模,以及纹理处理,并最终完成江 苏师范大学的三维地籍建模与场景展示。实践结果表明:基于 CityEngine 的规则建模方 法较传统方法建模效率更高,后期修改维护更为方便,为未来三维地籍的建设提供一种 有效的解决方案。

Research on Key Technology of the 3D Cadastre

Abstract Cadastral management is important means to protect the legitimate use of land ,the interests of land owners and users.It can maintain the order of social and economical.It plays an important role of in the social management and economic activities. At present,the land management department of our country uses two-dimensional cadastral to register and manage the land related rights.With the development of economy, two-dimensional cadastre has been unable to meet the need of special three-dimensional cadastral management,although two-dimensional cadastre is simple and efficient.Thedevelopment of 3D cadaster is based on the two-dimensional cadaster.3D cadastre is to entities in the 3D space as the research object, on the three dimensionalgeographic information system technology management platform, using the 3D spatial database management of 3D cadastral spatial attributes and cadastral thematic attribute, the rapid development of the theory and the technical method of three dimensional cadastre  to  adapt  to urban spatial resources effective management and optimization, so as to promote the further development of cadastral management information system, certainly will become the new trend of the development of modern cadastral. Visualization of the 3D Modeling not only makes the elements of Cadastre more simple and intuitive, but also facilitates the management of overhead crossing elements, therefore it is the new trend of development of Cadastre in the future.

This paper is based on technology of the CityEngine,using rules-based methods to realize the 3D terrain modeling of Jiangsu Normal University and modeling of building,roads and greening elements, also includes texture processing. Realizing completion of the 3D Modeling and display scene of Jiangsu Normal University finally.The practice shows that the method based on CityEngine is more efficient than the traditional and more convenient for maintenance and revision latter, providing an effective solution for the construction of 3D Cadastre in the future.
