本系统以网络工程公司日常经营管理为起点，通过以管理员为核心身份的操作业务项目流程而做出的网络工程项目管理信息集成系统。本系统采用理论与实践相结合的方法，结合现在比较主流的Java、JSP、JavaScript、Html语言与SQL Server 2005数据库，开发出了基于Browser/Server框架的项目管理系统。
