论文使用Java语言设计了物业管理系统。主要目标是实现登录、注册、信息管理、等主要功能模块。在完成了系统之后，进行了一系列功能测试，测试的结果比较理想，该系统的界面简单明了，用户使用方便快捷。系统的功能完善，有很好的使用价值，能够帮助用户合理的规划自己的时间财富。这款物业管理系统具有广阔的应用前景和庞大的潜在用户群体。

Abstract:With the rapid development of computer science,its powerful functions have been well recognized by people。 It has entered into many fields of human society and play an important role。 As a part of computer applications,using database technology to manage the information of enterprise units,satisfies the needs of users。The food, clothing, shelter and traveling are the four basic needs of everybody。Nowadays,the housing price is expensive, Community competition is fierce。An excellent residence community not only has high requirements,but also the residential property management system is necessary。
This paper using Java language to design property management system。 The main goal is to achieve login, registration, information management, and other major functional modules。 After the completion of the system,i had a series of functional testing。The test results are ideal, the system interface is convenient。 The function of the system has the high use value, can help the users reasonable plan their time wealth。 The property management system has broad application prospects and huge potential users。
