摘要随着工业化进程的不断发展、能源危机的不断加重和人们保护环境意识的 不断提高，废塑料的回收和利用已越来越受到人们的重视，而作为废塑料处理的 最佳方法——废碎料热解，也不断发展。热解设备的发展是热解技术的基础，其 中给料系统又是热解设备的基础。84404

本论文设计给料系统主要由双辊破碎机和带式输送机组成。双辊破碎机是利 用两组单独传动的齿辊，通过相对旋转产生的磨剪力来破碎物料。带式输送机是 在原动机驱动下，通过皮带运输物料。本文主要计算了它们的工作参数，和原动 机的选择，并通过三维建模对破碎机的主要部位齿辊进行了静力学分析，找出和 改善了齿辊磨损的薄弱部分。

In this paper, the design of feeding system mainly consists of two roller crusher and belt conveyor。 Two roll crusher is used to separate the two sets of transmission gear roller, through the relative rotation of the grinding shear to break the material。 Belt conveyor is driven by the original motive, through the belt transport materials。 In this paper, the working parameters and the choice of the prime mover are calculated, and the static analysis is carried out on the main parts of the crusher through three dimensional modeling, and the weak parts of the wear of the teeth are found and improved。
