摘要本论文主要完成了对车载自动榴弹发射器总体方案的设计，包括对枪管、开闭锁机构，退壳机构、抛壳机构、击发机构、机匣的结构设计和图片的绘制。并且对榴弹发射器的枪管进行了简单的动力学分析计算，并用了强度理论对枪管进行校核计算；对加速机构进行受力分析，完成了对闭锁面曲线的绘制；对击发机构的击发可靠性（包括击针簧的能量储备和激发能量）的分析；对抛壳机构的分析。最后运用SolideWorks 2007绘制了车载榴弹发射器的三文装配体，并且运用AutoCAD绘制完成了重要零件的工程图。20255

Title The design of Vehicular automatic grenade launcher
Abstract
In this paper, the main purpose accomplish the design of Automatic grenade launcher which is made up of the gun barrel, the unblocking mechanism,the blocking mechanism, the extraction and ejection menanism,the ejection mechanism, the firing mechanism,the receiver.What is more, the treatise analyses and calculates the gun barrel with a simple calculation of Dynamic Analysis, and accomplished the strength calculation of the gun barrel with intensity theory; analyses the accelerating mechanism with structural static mechanics; protractes the shape of the locking supporting surface; analysyes the reliability of fireing (the energy storage of firing pin spring, firing energy); analysyes and calculates the cartridge ejection
energy. In conclusion, accomplishing the modeling of three-dimensional vehicular automatic grenade launcher with applications of SolidWorks 2007, and drawing two-dimensional mapping with applications of AutoCAD.

1 引言
榴弹发射器是20世纪四五十年代发展起来的，一种以枪炮原理发射小型榴弹、具有点面结合、曲直兼顾等特点的多用途武器。榴弹发射器可以杀伤开阔地带及野战土木工事内的有生目标，可以摧毁敌方轻型装甲目标，压制敌火力点，也可以破坏其技术兵器和设施。由于其体积较小、威力够大，有相当强的面杀伤力和一定的破甲力，所以主要用于毁伤开阔地带和掩蔽工事内的有生目标及轻型装甲目标，可为步兵提供火力支援。它既有持续而猛烈的火力，又有操作灵活简单、火力转换快等优点，作为未来战场的重要武器，越来越受到各个国家的重视。 SolideWorks车载榴弹发射器设计:http://www.youerw.com/jixie/lunwen_11966.html
