摘要:本次的毕业设计是液晶显示窗的塑料零件模具设计,其精度一般且体积较小,所给定材料为PMMA。在进行成型工艺和计算的过程中需考虑到工艺的经济性、零件成型技术和复杂程度等的其他诸多的因素。本次的设计中也说明了注塑模具成型零件以及其他相关零件的选择原则和选择方法。通过参考大量与注塑模具相关的信息和翻阅各种注塑模具相关手册,并通过计算来确定模具的结构和尺寸,通过不断地计算和修改,以及在指导老师的细心照顾和耐心指导下不断反复地修改,最后成功地绘制了模具的装配图和零件图。23990
