长节距少齿链式弹仓的动力学计算与分析

随着当今国际形势的转变,战场需求的变化,弹药自动装填系统已经成为我国新型坦克和轻型装甲战车的迫切需求。链传动凭借其优势,广泛地应用在自动化弹仓中。本论文以长节距链式回转弹舱为研究对象,将研究对象看作刚体,采用单自由度机械系统动力学分析的方法,等效出动力学模型,列出微分方程,再利用软件编写程序,利用四阶龙格-库塔法对模型进行求解,进而分析研究弹仓的动力学特性。研究结果表明链式弹仓的运动规律呈现周期性,工作不平稳,链和齿受到冲击,产生附加动载荷。lf0017

Title   Dynamics Calculation and Analysis for Long Pitch   

 

          Automatic Chain Hell Magazine with Less Teeth      

 

Abstract

With today's international situation changes, the battlefield changes in demand, automatic ammunition loading system has become the urgent needs of China's new tanks and light armored vehicles development. Chain transmission, with its advantages, has been widely used in automatic hell magazine.Taking a long pitch automatic chain hell magazine with less teeth as the research object in this paper.The object was considered as a rigid body. With a single degree of freedom mechanical system dynamics analysis method,the equivalent kinetic model was made and differential equations was listed.Then,programmed a program to solve the differential equations with the forth order Ronge-Kutta method.Finally, analyzed the dynamics features of the object. The results show that the law of motion of chain hell magazine is cyclical,work is not stable,the chain and teeth are impacted and produce additional dynamic loads.
