摘要项目管理系统在利用信息技术提高工作效率和决策的科学性，辅助管理人员对项目进行合理有效的管理方面起着很大的作用。本文以订单型小批量生产的制造型企业为对象，设计和开发一个在这类企业中应用的项目管理系统，包括设计系统的模块和各个模块之间的联系，系统如何协调各个模块对项目进行管理，以及如何体现和控制项目质量。通过系统的开发实现企业项目管理的信息化管理，提高管理人员的工作效率和决策的科学性。研究方法主要是调研了解企业在项目管理中的方法和内容，对项目管理中成本控制、进度控制以及质量控制等环节的流程和数据进行归纳和汇总。然后结合调研结果利用开放性平台构建一个典型的项目管理系统。25383

Title design and development open platform based project management system
Abstract
Project management system uses information technology to improve work efficiency and make decision more scientific. It plays a big role in assist managers manage the project reasonable and effective. This paper choose the order type and small batch production company as the object, design and development a project management system which can used in this company. Design the system modules and relation between these modules, system how to use these modules to manage the project, and how to embody and control the project quality. Use the system to make information management of project management come true, to improve work efficiency and make decision more scientific. Major research method in this paper is making a research to understand the method and content company used in manage the project. Induction and summary process and data in cost control schedule control and quality control. Then design and development the project management system use the open platform.

1.1 研究背景及意义
