摘要本文在了解传统拔弹器的基础上,自主设计了“枪弹自动拔弹系统”总体设计方案,对系统的功能需求进行了分析并提出设计方案的总体结构框架。系统主要包括四部分:传送系统,传感系统,机械拔弹系统和控制系统。传送系统主要由枪弹套筒固定基座和气缸,通过气缸的伸缩完成枪弹的传送:当弹头完成分离后,由滑槽完成对被拔弹头的转移工作。机械拔弹系统主要由枪弹套筒、夹紧簧片杆、传动气缸等组成。传感系统由安装在底部的转送气缸的光栅位移传感器和簧片杆上的压力传感器和光栅位移传感器组成。控制系统通过PC与PLC的通信,操纵人员可以通过监控系统远程拔弹作业,降低了传统拔弹作业中的劳动强度,提高了安全性和自动化程度。文章最后,对系统进行仿真分析。25737

Title The Design and Analysis about Automatic Bullet Puller System
Abstract
Based on the understanding of the traditional bullet puller, this article offered an independent design of the "automatic bullet puller system". This article described the overall design of the system which is determined with the instructor repeatedly demonstrated, it analyzed the functional requirements of the system and presented a overall structure framework of design scheme.
The system include four parts: transmission system, sensor system, mechanical drawing system and control system : transmission system mainly use the bullet sleeve to fix the substrate and air cylinder, it finished the bullet transmission through air cylinder’s telescope. When the warhead separation is accomplished then spout to complete the work that transfer warheads. Mechanical drawing system consists of bullet shells sleeve, clamping spring rod ,drive cylinders and other components. Sensing system consists of the grating displacement sensor of transfer cylinder installed in the bottom and the pressure sensor on the spring rod and the grating displacement sensor. Control system through the communication between PC and PLC, the manipulation can pull bullet by remote operation monitoring system, it can reduce the intensity of labor in traditional job of pulling bullets and improve the degree of security and automation.At the end of this article,the simulation analysis was carried out on the system.
