摘要金属风暴武器弹体加速度、弹顶及弹底压力的准确测量,为金属风暴武器的研制、考核以及弹丸内弹道运动特性的分析建模等提供了有效的技术手段及数据支持。本文针对以上参数提出了基于存储测试的总体方案,系统由传感器、信号调理、AD采集、微控制器、电池及高强度壳体优尔部分组成,根据被测对象的特性选择PVDF压力传感器和压电式加速度传感器;设计了电荷放大电路及低通滤波电路进行信号调理;使用AD转换芯片AD7324采集数据进行模数转换,将现场采集的数据存储在STM32的FLASH中;上位机使用串口获取参数数据,并进行数据分析处理及显示;使用Altium Designer软件设计了系统的电路原理图并制作了PCB板。电路调试结果表明所设计的存储测试电路基本完成了任务书中给出的各个功能。28088

Title The development of device for the test and storage of the motion parameters in the bore of the projectile-the hardware part
Abstract
Accurate measurement of the Metal Storm Weapon projectile acceleration and the top and bottom pressure provides effective technical means and data support for the development and evaluation of the Metal Storm Weapon, as while as the analysis modeling of interior ballistic movement characteristics.
Based on the above parameters, this paper proposes the overview scheme of the storage test.
The system consists of six parts including sensors, signal conditioning, AD acquisition, microcontroller, batteries and high-strength shell. And select PVDF piezoelectric pressure sensor and acceleration sensor according to the characteristics of the measured object; moreover, the system designs charge amplifier and low pass filter circuit for signal conditioning, and uses chip AD7324 for AD conversion and data acquisition. The data will be collected in the FLASH of STM32.
PC gets the data through serial port and then give an analysis and display of the data. The design uses Altium Designer software to design circuit diagram of the system and make PCB. The results of the circuit debugging show that the designed memory test circuit can complete the functions required in the task book.
