摘要随着我国经济的发展不断加快,直线压缩机于在机械机床、家电制冷、航空航天、物流设备发展、空间探测等很多领域都被广泛应用。直线压缩机采用的核心驱动方式是直线电机驱动,本文所研究的动磁式直线电机,是属于直线电机的一个类别,也是目前直线压缩机中发展前景最好,应用最广泛并且研究技术最成熟的电动机结构形式。动磁式直线电机不仅拥有直线电机的很多优点,也有一些相较于其他类型的电机比较特殊的优点,比如在同一级别的电机中因为采用了永磁体从而可以很大程度的缩小电机体积,这样可以使电机性能得到很大的提高,o此外加上它自身具有良好的静态特性和动态特性,以及高可靠性,使得动磁式直线电机应用前景变得非常广阔,基于以上动磁式直线电机相较于其他类型电机的优势从而引发了人们的广泛关注。
本论文为了研究方便,用世界顶尖级别的电磁场仿真分析计算软件ansofto omaxwell建立了动磁式直线电机的有限元模型,用软件仿真分析其2D模型的静态特性和瞬态特性,o以软件对模型的分析结果为依据,o来探讨对动磁式直线电机的设计研究的时候进行参数的优化的可能性,o根据合理的线性简化设计方法,o同时结合Ansoft电磁仿真软件对动磁式直线电机模型的仿真计算,o希望本文的努力能对今后动磁式直线电机的结构功能设计和电机可靠性等指标的研究起到一定的参考意义。
