摘要：环锤式破碎机是一种带有环锤的冲击转子式破碎机。环锤式破碎机的环锤经过高速旋转与物料碰撞从而破碎物料，它具有结构简单，破碎比大，生产效率高等特点，可作干、湿两种形式破碎，环锤式破碎机适用于矿山、水泥厂、煤矿、冶金、建材、公路等部门对中等硬度及脆性物料进行细碎。根据用户的不同要求，环锤式破碎机的可调节筛板机构的间隙可进行不同的设定，从而改变出料粒度的大小。转子是环锤式破碎机的主要工作部件，电动机通过液力耦合器带动转子主轴在破碎机的机箱内以较高的速度旋转。物料由机箱顶端进料口进入机内，在高速旋转的锤头的打击及碰撞下粉碎。在转子下方，设有可调节筛孔尺寸的筛板机构，粉碎物料中小于筛孔尺寸的通过筛孔排出，大于筛孔尺寸的则留在机箱内。33258
    近些年，我国的钢铁工业和矿业在经济的持续发展的背景下得到了快速的发展，各种物料的社会需求量和生产规模也随之增大，需要破碎的物料量迅速增加，因此，破碎机的需求量也越来越大，各种规格破碎机的应用领域也越来越广。随着全球矿物枯竭这种现象的出现，矿石加工的需求量呈几何数量级增加，这无疑就增加了对破碎机性能和效率方面的要求。因此，对于设计人员，破碎机的设计要求和标准也随之提高了，为了使破碎机的性能和效率有所提高，就必须取长补短，整合各种破碎机的优势，在以往的设计经验上对破碎机进行新的设计或改进，从而使我国破碎设备的水平稳居世界前列。
