摘要：随着机械工业与国民经济的各部门生产的发展和技术进步，对钢材产品质量的要求越来越高。为了使产品能够达到要求的尺寸，我们必须对轧件进行剪切，因此，剪切机是轧制车间必备的重要设备。通过对上海力达重工制造有限公司的850t冷剪机组的消化吸收，研究分析，进行反求设计，成功设计出一台新的850t冷剪机。
我在小组中负责的是850t冷剪机组主体系统的改进，参与了850t冷剪机组的工作原理的分析，但我工作的重点在于主体系统的结构设计，尤其是机架的设计，利用计算机软件对冷剪机组主体进行图纸的设计以及工艺的改进，确保此设备能高效稳定的运行。本论文的内容是介绍了冷剪机在世界和中国的发展情概况，并对各种类的冷剪机的工作原理进行了基本的阐述。并且对整个传统系统的原理、方式、结构参数，进行力学分析、计算验证。对此设备中的电机、轴承、机架结构等全部进行合理的选择。重点讲述对冷剪机组机架的研究和分析，讨论了冷剪机组机架的改进方案，绘制了冷剪机组的机架工程图纸，重点说明了主体结构的设计以及强度的校核。6558
