摘要行星齿轮差速器被广泛的应用于各类军用和民用行业中,承载能力,最高转速以及效率都是衡量行星齿轮差速器性能好坏的重要指标。行星齿轮差速器实验台是测量这些性能指标的实验设备。一种类型的行星齿轮差速器实验台一般对应一种或几种行星齿轮差速器。本课题中所要测量的行星齿轮差速器是两输入,单输出。它具有体积小,转速高,输入轴间距较小等特点。本文设计的行星齿轮差速器实验台根据所要测量的行星差速器的特点设计。行星齿轮差速器试验台通过皮带将动力传递给输入轴以解决两输入轴轴间距较小的问题。行星差速器的夹具,负载制动器的底座以及抵消径向载荷轴承的底座都是可调节的,联轴器的链接方式采用绳线绕接。这样就可以尽可能的减小安装所带来的误差,从而使测量的性能指标更加的精确。18910
