摘要低压注塑是一种新型的注塑技术,发展历史较短,在我国目前尚处于初步阶段。低压注塑封装工艺以及与之配套的高性能热熔胶,是电子封装工业中的发展方向。本文所介绍的软件是使用LabVIEW开发的一款可用于螺杆式低压注塑设备的上位机控制程序,该软件主要功能包括:操作人员通过账号及密码登录系统;采用 hostlink 技术协议与 PLC 进行通讯,对 PLC 进行读写,既而可以对注塑参数进行设定及显示;显示注塑时各段温度曲线、压力曲线,并实施保存温度及压力数据;对 PLC 输入信号及输出信号进行监测,并通过对话框对故障进行报警,具有较高安全性;保存生产报表,保存生产配方并读取配方,大大提高生产效率;可随意浏览各项帮助信息,观看帮助类视频,方便有效。42916

Title  Software design of screw type injection molding equipment                  

Abstract

Low pressure injection molding is a kind of injection molding technology, which has a transitory development history, and at present is still in a preliminary stage in our country. Low pressure injection molding packaging technology and supporting the high performance of hot melt adhesive, is the direction of development in the electronic packaging industry. The software introduced in this paper is a PC control program which can be used for the screw type low pressure injection molding equipment, which is developed by LabVIEW. The main functions of the software include: Operator through the account and password login system. Using hostlink technology agreement with PLC for communication, read and write to the PLC, and can set and display parameters of injection molding. Display temperature curve and pressure curve of injection molding, and the implementation of preservation temperature and pressure data. Monitoring PLC input signal and output signal,and through the dialog box to the fault alarm,with high security.

Save the production report, save the production formula and read the formula, and greatly improve the production efficiency. Can freely browse the various help information, watch help video, convenient and effective.
