摘要:论文阐述并研究了中厚板材马鞍形工件的新型渐进折弯的加工方法。与传统方法的冲压成型相比较而言渐进折弯可以使复杂的型面逐道离散化降低加工难度节约成本更可以加工传统冲压方法不易加工的中厚板材。同时提高了生产效率,是一种兼具经济与发展的新型加工方式。首先通将金属材料Q235A的弹塑性材料力学参数导入ABAQUS有限元分析软件中。应用ABAQUS中的单元构建中厚板材马鞍形工件的有限元模型,对中厚板材马鞍形工件的渐进折弯进行模拟。同时对比进给量、凹凸模半径等关键参数对折弯效果的影响,对中厚板材马鞍形工件的渐进折弯凸凹模的成型工艺参数进行优化以取得较好的成型效果。最后完成中厚板材马鞍形工件渐进折弯的工艺规划。43232

Progressive bending forming simulation and die optimization design of the saddle shaped workpiece of medium and heavy plate
Abstract: Expounded in this thesis studied the medium thickness plate of saddle work piece new gradual bending processing method. Compared with the traditional method of stamping forming for gradual bending can make complex type surface discretization by road, reduce machining cost savings can be more difficult in traditional stamping method which is not easy to processing of thick plate. At the same time improve the production efficiency, is a kind of both economic and environmental of new processing way. First of all, through the metal material of Q235A elastic-plastic mechanics parameters into ABAQUS finite element analysis software. Application in the process of building units in thick plate of ABAQUS finite element model of saddle workpiece and the gradual bending of thick plate saddle workpiece of simulation. Compared to feed at the same time, the key parameters such as concave and convex die radius folded the effects of the bending of thick plate of saddle workpiece in gradual bending intensive molding process parameters optimization in order to obtain good molding effect. Finally complete medium thickness plate saddle workpiece gradual bending process planning.
