摘要:本文采用数值模拟的方法研究了分流隔板的结构参数对煤粉浓缩器性能的影响。数值模拟方法的优点在于能够不受物理模型和实验模型的限制,有较好的灵活性,适应性强,应用面广,满足工程实际的需要。本文应用了一些基本的流体力学方程,使用fluent软件,通过改变分流隔板的位置参数,研究分流隔板在不同的位置下,煤粉浓缩器的浓缩性能问题,包括对煤粉浓缩器的浓淡风速比、阻力系数、浓缩比等性能参数的分析计算,正确地描述了物理现象,得到煤粉浓缩器在不同工况下的颗粒轨迹图和速度矢量图,通过数值模拟的结果分析煤粉浓缩器的浓淡风速比、阻力系数、浓缩比等性能参数,将所得结果数据以及结论进行了对比分析。最后,通过对比分析后发现,分流隔板的前端布置距离百叶窗煤粉浓缩器的末级叶片尾端越近,煤粉浓缩器的浓缩性能越好。如果去除分流隔板,浓缩器性能将会受到较大影响。这说明分流隔板是煤粉浓缩器中不可缺少的一个部件,它起着控制浓缩器出口的浓淡风速比、阻力系数、浓缩比的作用,分流隔板的位置对浓缩器性能也起着关键的作用。43244

The Numerical Simulation of the influence of different baffle structure parameters on the performance of pulverized coal concentrator
Abstract:This paper applied Computational Fluid Dynamics method (CFD method) to study the influence of different bypass baffle structure parameters on the performance of pulverized coal concentrator. Numerical methods is its ability to model from the physical model and experimental limitations, has good flexibility, adaptability, wide application, to meet the engineering requirements. This thesis applied some of the basic equation of fluid mechanics, using the fluent software, by changing the baffle structure parameters, to study the influence on the performance of pulverized coal concentrator, including the pulverized coal concentrator’s flow problem, dense-thin air ratio, resistance coefficient, concentrating rate and so on, correctly describes the physical phenomena, obtained flow field and stream function contours of velocity vector ,the results of the numerical simulation of the movement and shedding vortex, lift and drag coefficient changes, the data and conclusions from the results were compared. Finally, through analysis comparison we found that the closer the end of the baffle arrangement from the end of the last stage blade in the pulverized coal concentrator, the better the performance of the concentration of pulverized coal concentrator. if remove bypass baffle, enrichment performance is greatly reduced. We can see that bypass baffle in pulverized coal concentrator is an indispensable part. It plays the role of controling export concentration and enriching performance, the position of bypass baffle also plays a key role on the enrichment performance.
