摘要本文主要论述了对80系列柴油机连杆的结构设计及其工艺的安排。因为连杆是活塞式发动机和压缩的核心部件之一,通过连杆将活塞和曲轴连接起来。其小头孔与活塞销连接,并与活塞一起作往复运动;连杆大头与曲轴的曲柄销连接在一起,和曲柄一起作旋转运动;连杆的其他部分则作复杂的平面运动。将作用于活塞上的力经连杆传递给曲轴。在运动中主要承受气压力和往复惯性力所产生的交变载荷。所以在确保连杆具有足够的结构刚度和疲劳强度的同时,应尽可能的减少其质量。在其工艺安排时,按照“先基准后一般”的加工原则。连杆的主要加工面为大小头孔以及两端面,较为重要的为大头盖与连杆体的结合面。安排合理的工艺使之达到理想的尺寸要求。46845

Abstract This paper mainly discusses the connecting rod of 80 diesel engine series of structure design and process arrangement.
