摘要针对水下采油树水下作业的特点,配合水下ROV机器人设计一种采油树阀门扭转工具,实现水下作业自动化。该工具具有大扭矩输出,质量轻,防腐,防洋流冲击等特点,既满足立式采油树的结构要求又兼顾卧式采油树的特殊要求,换卸方便,制造简单。同时,该工具装有非接触式传感器,实时检测扭转工具工作状况,针对出现的事故能够及时预警,方便维修。此外,对于海洋工作环境,采用液压装置提供动力源,安全易实现,用不锈钢加防腐镀层材料,抵抗海水腐蚀,最大限度提高扭转工具海洋工作寿命,从而延长整个水下系统生命周期。在产品设计时,尽量使用市面上已经成熟的机械部件,在提高产品质量的同时,减少研发周期,便于大规模批量生产。对于主要零部件,采用分析优化的方法,极力在满足产品功能的基础上减少材料的消耗,进而实现重量的最轻化,结构最优化。83135

ABSTRACT According to the characteristics of the Subsea tree which is underwater, cooperating with the ROV robot, design a tool to realize the automatic underwater operation。 The tool has high torque output, light quality, and avoiding current shock。 Not only satisfy the requirement of vertical structure of the tree and the special requirements of horizontal Subsea tree, but also give attention to both sides, the unloading is convenient。 At the same time, the tool is equipped with non-contact sensor, can easily real-time detect reverse tool’s working condition, timely maintain。In addition, for the work of Marine environment, the use of hydraulic equipment to provide power supply, will be safe and easy to be implemented。 With stainless steel along with anti-corrosion coating materials, the tool resists to sea water, maximizes reverse tool’s working life in ocean, so as to extend the underwater system life cycle。 In product design, use mature mechanical parts of the market as far as possible, to improve the quality of production at the same time, reduce the development cycle, easy to realize mass production。 For the main parts and component,With the method of analysis of optimization, strongly on the basis of meet the product function to reduce the consumption of materials, thus realizing the lightest weight, structure optimization。
